2025-09-25I was experiencing an issue with a neighbor and had no experience in these matters I found myself needing to deal with the issue alone and after researching the best way to deal with it I began to contact several lawyers. After speaking to a few lawyers and not finding much empathy with the conversation I proceeded to call Mr. Simko from Simko Law Group, I was intended to leave a voice mail as it was a Saturday but was pleasantly surprised that he answered the phone. Although I was hesitant to bother him on a Saturday he assured me that it was Ok to talk (even though he was enjoying some time with his children) for me that response was very positive. I gave him a synopsis of my issue and he was very positive and showed interest and concerned for what I was experiencing.
